Privacy Standard

We collect only what the relationship requires.

The access request collects your name, email, current role or work, AI experience, intended use and optional AI With Ease 60+™ interest so the membership can be reviewed and routed. Approved membership records also hold access status, entitlement, subscription state, curriculum progress and support history.

Information has a defined purpose.

Application information supports qualification. Account information supports secure access. Progress supports continuity. Subscription information supports membership administration. Guidance requests support the help you asked to receive. We do not design this environment to collect passwords, government identifiers, full financial account numbers, private health records or unnecessary information about another person.

Access is restricted by role.

Members can access their protected learning environment. Authorized staff receive only the operational access required for qualification, education, support or administration. Material staff actions are recorded for accountability.

Your responsibility matters too.

Do not place confidential, regulated or identifying information into ordinary practice or guidance requests. Use fictional or de-identified examples unless an approved secure workflow specifically requires real information.

Questions and corrections

Privacy questions, access corrections and deletion requests may be directed to privacy@kingdommindai.com. Legal retention, fraud prevention and active contractual obligations may limit immediate deletion.
